J.B. serves as CEO of Wolf Consulting. Before transitioning into a permanent role at Wolf, J.B. joined Lyra Technology Group in 2022 as VP of Strategic Operations where he oversaw operational initiatives ranging from personnel to technology implementation.

Before joining Lyra Technology Group and Wolf Consulting, J.B. worked as an inventory manager at Abercrombie & Fitch and as a brand manager at Fanatics.

J.B. earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Outside of work, J.B. enjoys spending time with his family, walking his Bernese Mountain Dog Murray, and watching University of Kentucky sports.

Craig Carr is COO of Wolf Consulting. Craig joined Wolf Consulting in 2002 and previously held roles of Field Service Technician, Service Desk Technician, Project Manager, Service Manager and VP of Service.

Before joining Wolf Consulting, Craig worked as a Network Technician for another Managed Service Provider and as a Sysadmin for an Accounting firm. Craig served in the United States Navy, is a career long learner in IT and holds numerous industry certifications.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with family, sports, hunting and motorsports.

Tim is the VP of Customer Success for Wolf Consulting. Tim joined Wolf Consulting in 2010 as a vCIO and was promoted to Director of Account Management in 2017, before becoming VP of Customer Success in 2024.

Previously Tim spent 14 years as a vCIO for another Pittsburgh based MSP. Tim has an Associate Degree in Specialized Business in Data Processing along with other industry specific accreditations.

In his spare time Tim enjoys getting together with family, fly fishing, biking, camping and singing.

Susan is the VP of Human Resources & Administration at Wolf Consulting. Susan joined Wolf Consulting in 2018 and previously held the roles of Recruiter/HR Specialist and Director of Human Resources. Before joining Wolf Consulting, Susan worked as an HR Consultant and was the VP of HR for a local community bank.

Susan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from DePauw University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from LaRoche University.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, working out, reading, and playing tennis.

Vicky Johnson is the Controller at Wolf Consulting and is responsible for the finance and accounting functions. Vicky joined Wolf Consulting in August 2023 with over 20 years of experience in various managerial accounting and consulting roles. Vicky earned her BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Oklahoma State University and her MBA from Wichita State University in Wichita, KS.

Outside of work, Vicky serves as the Treasurer for the local youth soccer association non-profit. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, watching sports, and reading.

Will serves as Director of Growth for Wolf Consulting, leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Will joined Wolf in 2023 to lead the new business development department and pursue novel growth strategies.

Before joining Wolf Consulting, Will consulted businesses on data management and machine learning solutions as Director of Business Development for Hamiltonian Systems.

Will earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University. In his free time, Will enjoys getting active outdoors, playing chess, and supporting Liverpool FC.
