WolfTrackTM

WolfTrack™ is our proprietary Service & Support software system that was designed by our own network engineers and custom-written by our own software developers. It allows us to have a central repository of information for all of our clients' networks.

We securely track client profiles, how your network is designed, user information, case information (requests for service & support), asset information (servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, software licenses, etc.) and all special circumstances.

WolfTrack™ reduces the time that it takes to support our clients (and therefore the cost), and provides us with powerful tools for providing efficient and consistent resolutions to support requests.


Case Management
All Service & support requests from our clients are tracked and documented through the WolfTrack™ system – the problem, the solution, and everything in-between.

WolfTrack™ allows us (or you) to create "cases" for new support requests; provides work queues to organize, prioritize, manage open cases; document solutions; and close cases. Using a set of software tools and business rules, it notifies us whenever the situation demands, and helps us to make sure we meet our service level agreements. Clients can open a new support case via email or telephone.

Our Helpdesk & Support Team can respond faster (which helps reduce your cost), using the powerful SpeedSearch knowledgebase in WolfTrack™. We can quickly recall past support cases, problems, resolutions, etc. And we can use a full-text search engine or access external files such as manuals, FAQ and white papers — all to help our clients get what they need, faster
