Besides licensing our SCOPE and COMPASS material optimization software products, Wolf Consulting offers a variety of related consulting services.

Contract Optimization Studies
Using data that you provide, we will use the SCOPE and COMPASS material optimization software products to perform optimization studies for you on a contract basis.

We will provide you with the results of the optimization studies via fax, email or regular mail. The study results include all reports generated by the software, and assistance from our staff to help you interpret the results. Contact us today for more information.

Onsite Training
We offer onsite training and optimization education services. Our SCOPE and COMPASS material optimization software products are “easy to learn and easy use”. However, we believe that users benefit greatly by onsite training.

One of our experienced training engineers will travel to your site for the training session. Training is usually scheduled for one or two days – depending on the amount of training desired, and the number of optimization software products being licensed.

During the training session, all of the features of the software – both basic and advanced – will be reviewed. Standard options available in the software will be configured to meet the user’s processes and operations. Users will have an opportunity to use the software “hands on” – actually performing optimization case studies using their own data.

Custom Software Development
If your operation has special requirements or you need one of our software products customized to fit your process, Wolf Consulting, Inc. has the staff and the tools to modify our software products to your specific needs. Customizing our programs to fit your specific needs can help ensure the early success of your installation and speed the return on investment for our software.

We can can also assist you in integrating our software products into your existing systems and processes. Integration services include program interfaces, data conversion and the importing/exporting of data to/from the optimization software.

Technical Support
Wolf Consulting provides a variety of technical support services to our customers. This service provides assistance with all aspects of the use of the material optimization software, including:

Optimization Technology Introduction
Wolf Consulting will help you learn about the different types of optimization technologies that are available. WCI’s team of skilled and experienced engineers and/or consultants will listen to your material utilization problems, goals, and objectives, and help you develop a plan of action. In most cases, this type of a project in completed over two (2) days.

For companies researching longer-term optimization opportunities, the consulting project typically includes performing a sample optimization case study (using one of the SCOPE or COMPASS software products) for one of your “material specifications”. In general, a material specification is defined as a group of parts, all of the same thickness and material type, which can be optimized together. In some cases, for clients that have a very large number of dissimilar material specifications, two optimization case studies may be performed.

For companies researching daily or weekly optimization opportunities, the consulting project typically includes performing several optimization case studies (using one of the SCOPE or COMPASS software products) for one day’s worth of production requirements.

You will have a chance to experience the optimization software in action – as well as keep a copy of all of the reports that are generated.

Based on the review of the goals and objectives, combined with the experience and results of the sample optimization case study, you and WCI can make an informed business decision regarding whether or not it makes sense to invest in an optimization software solution.
